Cancellation of Listing of GDRs and Change of LSE Ticker for Shares

Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc (LSE: GTCO) (the "Company") announces that,
further to the Company's announcement on 3 July 2025, the cancellation of
listing of its global depositary receipts (the "GDRs") was completed today, 31
July 2025.

As noted in the Company's announcement on 3 July 2025, the listing of the GDRs
on the certificates representing certain securities (depositary receipts)
category of the official list of the FCA (the "Official List") and the
admission to trading of the GDRs on the London Stock Exchange's main market
for listed securities (the "Main Market") have been cancelled, in each case
with effect from 8:00 a.m. on 31 July 2025.

Following the cancellation of the listing of GDRs, the Company confirms the
effective date of change of the ticker symbol for the Shares from "GTHC" to
"GTCO". For London Stock Exchange (LSE) purposes, the effective date of change
for the LSE ticker is 1 August 2025.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings
given to them in the announcement by the Company on 3 July 2025.
