PUBLICATION OF AUDITED HALF-YEAR RESULTS FOR THE PERIOD ENDED JUNE 30, 2025

 

Lagos, London - August 18, 2025:

 

Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc (the Company) hereby informs the public
that the Company's HALF-YEAR AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS (HAFS) for the
period ended June 30, 2025, was approved by the Board of Directors on July 31,
2025, however, the approval of the primary Regulator is required before
release of the HAFS to the market.

 

In view of the foregoing, the Company has requested an extension of time from
the Nigerian Exchange Limited ("NGX") to publish its HAFS and the NGX
graciously approved a thirty-day extension beyond the regulatory filing date
of August 30, 2025.

 

However, kindly be assured that if the approval is received earlier, the
Company's HAFS would be released to the market earlier than the period
approved by the NGX.
