London's Guardian Metal plans US listing of shares

Sept 8 (Reuters) - Guardian Metal Resources Plc GMET.L on Monday said it intends to offer ordinary shares in the United States and complete a related listing on a U.S. securities exchange by the first half of 2026 to help boost its presence in the country.

The tungsten exploration firm seeks to use the proceeds from the offering to advance its projects in Nevada.
