Guardian Metal Resources plc (LON:GMET/OTCQB:GMTLF), a tungsten exploration
and development company focused on Nevada, U.S., is pleased to announce the
appointment of Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co KG, London Branch
("Berenberg") as Financial Adviser and joint Corporate Broker, and Stifel
Nicolaus Europe Limited ("Stifel") as joint Corporate Broker, with immediate
effect.

 

The Board believes that the appointments of Berenberg and Stifel will help
accelerate the Company's expansion of capital market relationships and enhance
its access to institutional investors across the UK, Europe, and the U.S.,
supporting delivery of its strategic mission and growth plans.
