Guardian Metal Resources plc (LON:GMET/OTCQB:GMTLF), a tungsten exploration
and development company focused on Nevada, U.S., announces that that the
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") will be held at 9 a.m. on
Wednesday 17 December 2025 at the offices of Orana Corporate LLP, Eccleston
Yards, 25 Eccleston Place, London, SW1W 9NF.

 

The Notice of AGM and a Form of Proxy was printed and posted to shareholders
