* Says buys half the shares in Danish software company Aarhus GeoSoftware Aps
* Acquisition is done through initial subscription of shares in rights issue in Aarhus
GeoSoftware to a subscription price of 6 million Danish crowns ($892,697.73) with right and
obligation to subscribe shares for another 4 million crowns, provided that certain financial
goals are met
