May 24 (Reuters) - Guideline Geo publ AB GUGEO.NGM :
* Enters into letter of intent (LoI) for purchase of 50 percent of shares in Aarhus
Geosoftware
* Acquisition is considered to take place through initial subscription of shares in rights
issue in Aarhus Geosoftware to total subscription price of 6 million Danish crowns
* Will have right and obligation to subscribe for additional shares of 4 million crowns
provided that certain financial targets are met
* Acquisition is expected to be completed at end of June
