Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022 and Posting of Annual Report and

Gunsynd Plc (AIM: GUN, AQSE: GUN) confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts
for the year ended 31 July 2022, and the Notice of Annual General Meeting
("AGM")  with accompanying Form of Proxy will shortly be posted to
shareholders.

 

Gunsynd's AGM will be held on 6 January 2023 at 10 a.m. at the offices of Hill
Dickinson LLP at 8th Floor, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London,
