Gunsynd PLC (AIM: GUN) confirms that it is posting a circular to shareholders
to convene its annual general meeting ("AGM") shortly.

Gunsynd's AGM will be held on 25 March 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of
Hill Dickinson LLP at 8th Floor, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street,
London, EC2A 2EW.
