 * Unit as vendor, entered into conditional sale and purchase agreement with unit of Mason Financial Holdings, as purchaser 
 * Agreement for sale and purchase of entire issued share capital of 
Guococapital, Guococapital Futures and Guococapital Bullion 
 * Deal for aggregate cash consideration of approximately hk$441.1 million, 
subject to adjustment
