** Shares of GWR Group Ltd  GWR.AX  rise as much as 34.9% to
A$0.085, their biggest intraday pct gain since Aug.31, 2020 
    ** Gold explorer says it has received first of 36 monthly
payments from Gold Valley Iron Pty Ltd for iron ore mining
rights
    ** Adds first monthly take or pay for A$756,000 ($497977.20)
and second monthly take or pay for A$756,000 has been received 
    ** Further adds the next payment is scheduled before the end
of March, further strengthening the balance sheet ahead of the
quarter
    ** Stock posts its highest since Sept.26  
    ** More than 764,000 shares change hands, vs the 30-day
average volume of 130,000 shares
    ** Stock has risen 5.0% this year, as of last close
