    ** The gold and iron ore explorer says it has executed a
Heads of Agreement (HOA) for a mining contract with Pilbara
Resource Group Pty Ltd  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASN001DNF 
    ** Co says HOA is for the Stage 2 development of the C4 Iron
Deposit in Wiluna, Western Australia
    ** Co says Pilbara to also provide mining, crushing, haulage
and accommodation services
    ** Stock down 27.3% so far this year, as of last close
