H&T Group PLC ("H&T" or the "Group")

Block Listing Return and Cancellation

 

H&T Group plc, the UK's largest pawnbroker and a leading retailer of new
and pre-owned jewellery and watches, announces that pursuant to the Company's
2020 Performance Share Plan (the "2020 PSP Plan") block listing of 137,451
ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Block Listing") announced
on 11 April 2023, all options under the 2020 PSP Plan have now been exercised
or have lapsed and the plan has closed. As a result, the Block Listing has
been cancelled.
