H&T Group plc, the UK's largest pawnbroker and a leading retailer of new
and pre-owned jewellery and watches, announces that Diane Giddy, Chief
Financial Officer, today purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 431p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction her
beneficial holding is now 15,000 shares representing 0.03% of the total issued
share capital and voting rights in the Company.
