H&T Group plc, the UK's largest pawnbroker and a leading retailer of new
and pre-owned jewellery and watches, announces that Simon Walker, Chairman of
H&T Group PLC, purchased 5,035 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 397p per Ordinary Share on 15 March 2024. Following
this transaction his beneficial holding is now 20,035 shares representing
0.05% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
