HALMA PLC - EXECUTIVE BOARD CHANGES
Appointment of Sector Chief Executives
Halma plc, the global group of life-saving technology companies focused on
growing a safer, cleaner, healthier future for everyone, every day, today
announces a change in its Sector Chief Executive leadership.
Constance Baroudel, Environmental & Analysis Sector Chief Executive, will
leave Halma at the end of August 2026 to become Chief Executive of Spectris
Ltd. Ensuring an orderly transition, she will be succeeded by Steve Brown,
currently Healthcare Sector Chief Executive, from 1 September 2026.
As part of this succession, Bill Stoval, currently a Healthcare Sector
Divisional Chief Executive, will be promoted to Healthcare Sector Chief
Executive, and become a member of our Executive Board.
Constance Baroudel, Environmental & Analysis Sector Chief Executive said:
"After eight incredibly fulfilling years at Halma, this is the right moment
for me to take on a new leadership challenge. Halma has played a defining role
in my career development, giving me the opportunity to grow across a range of
leadership roles and to work alongside outstanding companies and colleagues,

to ensuring a smooth and effective handover over the coming months."

Bill's promotion reflects his outstanding leadership within our Healthcare

close collaboration with our companies' leadership teams and through
value-accretive acquisitions. His understanding of Halma's purpose-led culture
and organisational model make him exceptionally well placed to lead the sector
through its next phase of growth."

BIOGRAPHIES
Steve Brown: Steve was appointed to the Executive Board in November 2021. He
is an experienced Halma leader, having driven success in the business for more
than ten years across different roles in all three sectors. Steve has a strong
track record of building high-performing teams and delivering organic and
acquisition growth. Prior to his appointment as Healthcare Sector Chief
Executive, Steve was Divisional Chief Executive of Halma's Environmental &
Analysis Sector, Divisional Chief Executive for the Safety Sector and Managing
Director of Apollo, one of Halma's largest companies. Steve joined Halma in
2015 from US global industrial company ITW. He holds a Masters in Engineering
from the University of Cambridge.
Bill Stoval: Bill is a Divisional Chief Executive in Halma's Healthcare
Sector. In his role, Bill chairs the boards of several of Halma's healthcare
companies and is responsible for delivering both organic growth and
acquisitions. He joined Halma in 2019 following a career spanning over twenty
years in the healthcare and technology sectors, including senior roles at
major global companies including GE Healthcare and IBM Watson Health where he
built and led businesses. Bill brings strong leadership, strategic,
operational and entrepreneurial skills and has delivered an impressive track
record of organic and acquisition growth at Halma. He holds a Computer
Engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters in
Electrical Engineering from Marquette University, as well as an MBA from the
Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
