Board Change

Hamak Gold Limited (LSE: HAMA), a company combining traditional gold
exploration in West Africa with a Digital Asset Treasury Management strategy,
today announces that James Lawrence has resigned as Executive Director with
immediate effect.  Mr Lawrence wishes to prioritise his responsibilities as
Executive Director and Compliance Officer at Engima Strategy, as balancing his
professional obligations to Hamak Gold alongside his other work and personal
commitments has become increasingly difficult.

Nick Thurlow, Executive Chairman of Hamak Gold, commented:

"The Board of Hamak Gold extends our thanks to James Lawrence for his
contribution in establishing the new strategy of Hamak Gold.

"Following on from the appointment of Nicola Horlick as a non-executive
Director, the Company intends to further strengthen its Board and Management
