Hamak Gold Limited (LSE: HAMA) hereby notifies the market, in accordance with
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, that the Company's
issued share capital as at 31 October 2022 comprises 39,703,944 Ordinary
Shares, each with one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 39,703,944 and this figure
may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change
to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
