** Biopharma co  ARCT.O  announced data from early-to-mid
stage study of its COVID-19 mRNA vaccine ARCT-021, which showed 
the vaccine was well tolerated in 100% subjects and led to a
potent immune response to the virus
    ** Co also received approval from Singapore Health Sciences
Authority to proceed with a mid-stage trial of its COVID-19

    ** 3 brokerages downgrade stock; shares plunge ~52% to
$44.36
    
    UNDERWHELMING EARLY-STAGE DATA  
      
    ** Baird ("neutral"; PT:$69) calls the study data
"underwhelming" and is skeptical of the path for this mRNA
vaccine in COVID-19
    ** H.C. Wainwright ("neutral"; PT:$50) says it has lost
confidence in the vaccine's potential to provide meaningful
protection from the SARS-CoV-2 infection 
    ** Guggenheim ("buy") says only a successful late-stage
efficacy trial will resolve the growing controversy around
ARCT-021
    ** Laidlaw ("buy"; PT $152), however, calls the news
"encouraging" saying a separate mid-stage study might be
required
