U.S. stock index futures inched higher on Monday even as Beijing reaffirmed over
the weekend that it would stick to its zero COVID-19 policy, while investor
focus shifted to Tuesday's U.S. midterm elections that will determine control of
Congress.  .N 
    At 7:22 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.53% at 32,600. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.51% at 3,798.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.46%
at 10,940.5.
