Sept 27 (Reuters) - Hanssem Co Ltd  009240.KS  : 
     
    * Says it plans to invest 3.31 billion won to establish new 
wholly owned unit, namely Hanssem (Shanghai) Home Furnishings Co 
Ltd based in China, which will be mainly engaged in the 
manufacture and sale furniture 
    * Says it plans to invest 51.9 billion won to establish 
another new wholly owned unit, namely Hanssem (China) Investment 
Holding Co Ltd based in China, which will be mainly engaged in 
the manufacture and sale furniture
