Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

 

Hardide plc (AIM: HDD), the developer and provider of advanced surface coating
technology, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts and its notice of
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders today. Copies
of the notice of AGM and proxy form are available to view on the Company's
