Change of Accounting Reference Date
Harena Resources Plc (LSE: HREE), the rare earths company focused on the
Ampasindava ionic clay rare earth project in Madagascar (the "Ampasindava
Project"), advises that the Company has changed its accounting reference date
from 30 April to 30 June to align with its subsidiary Harena Resources Pty Ltd
which was acquired earlier this year.
Accordingly, the Company's updated financial calendar will be as follows:
· Audited accounts for the 14-month period ended 30 June 2025 to be
published by 31 December 2025.
· Unaudited interim accounts for the six-month period ending 31
December 2025 to be published by 31 March 2026.
Thereafter, the Company will publish each year its final audited results for
the 12-month period ending 30 June as well as its unaudited interim results
for the six-month period ending 31 December.
