Barclays upgrades Hartford Financial to 'overweight' rating

** Barclays upgrades insurer Hartford Financial Services
HIG.N to "overweight" from "equal weight" rating
** Brokerage says HIG's pricing has been most favorable in
the small to mid-segment in commercial property and casualty
(P&C) insurance
** Barclays raises PT to $135 from $130, representing an
about 23.3% upside on stock's last close
** Eleven of 22 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher,
and 11 "hold"; their median PT is $127, according to data
compiled by LSEG
** Stock rose ~35% in 2024
