** HIG says company president Morris "Mo" Tooker will succeed Christopher Swift as CEO in March next year
*** Swift has been CEO for nearly 13 years and will become executive chair
** Tooker, who joined in 2015 as chief underwriting officer, will join the board in Oct
** Including session's moves, stock down 9.8% YTD
