Notice of AGM

 

Harvest Minerals Limited, the AIM listed remineraliser producer, is pleased to
announce that the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held
at 4.00pm AWST (9.00am BST) on 17 August 2023 at 22 Lindsay Street, Perth, WA
6000, Australia.

 

The notice of AGM and form of proxy has been posted to shareholders and will
be made available on the Company's website at http://www.harvestminerals.net
(http://www.harvestminerals.net/) .

 

In order to allow shareholders to follow the proceedings of the AGM without
attending in person, the Company will provide access online via the Investor
Meet Company platform.

 

Shareholders are invited to submit questions for the board to consider in a
presentation following the AGM. Questions can be pre submitted via the
Investor Meet Company Platform up until 9.00am BST the day before the meeting
and can be submitted at any time during the AGM itself.

 

Please note: shareholders will not be able to vote online and are requested to
submit their votes via proxy as early as possible.
