    * Says the co entered into agreement with Osaka-based 
construction design firm ISHIN to form capital and business 
alliance  
    * Says the co will acquire 25.2 percent stake in ISHIN, up 
from 0 percent 
    * Says two parties will mainly cooperate on development and 
marketing of exterior products 
    * Says the alliance effective since mid June
