** Shares of Hawsons Iron Ltd  HIO.AX  soar as much as
41.94% to A$0.205, set to gain most since May 25 
    ** Iron ore producer signs A$200 mln ($142.94 mln) equity
financing put option with U.S.-based investment group LDA

issuing 71.5 mln share options to LDA Capital 
    ** Funds raised will be used to develop its Hawsons Iron
project in New South Whales

    ** As of last close, stock has nearly tripled in value this
year
