as 7.8% to A$0.035, their lowest level since April 16
** The iron ore producer receives commitments of at least
A$2.25 mln ($1.47 mln) placement
** Adds placement at issue price of A$0.033 per share,
representing a discount of 13.2% to stock's last closing
** About 1.8 mln shares change hands, vs 30-day average
volume of 1.5 mln shares
** Stock down 19.2% YTD, as of last close
