Director/PDMR Dealings
Haydale (AIM:HAYD), the global advanced materials group, is pleased to
announce the following PDMR dealings subsequent to completion of the
acquisition of Intelligent Resource Management Limited (trading as
SaveMoneyCutCarbon or SMCC) and the associated Fundraising, as announced on 12
December 2025.
The dealings and new holdings of the Haydale PDMRs following completion of the
