Change of Name

 

Haydale, the global advanced materials and clean-tech company focused on
deploying energy and water-efficient technologies at scale, is pleased to
announce its change of name to Haydale plc has now become effective on
Companies House and therefore with effect from 8:00 a.m. 16 January 2026 it
will begin trading on AIM under the new name of Haydale Plc. The Company's
TIDM ("HAYD") and its ISIN remain unchanged.
