Result of AGM

 

The Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") was held at 10.00 a.m. today
at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, One Bartholomew Close,
London EC1A 7BL. All of the resolutions put to members were passed.

 

The number of votes lodged by proxy for and against each of the resolutions
proposed, and the number of votes withheld, were as follows:

As at 7 December 2023, there were 1,798,462,051 ordinary shares in issue.
Shareholders are entitled to one vote per share. Votes withheld are not votes
in law and so have not been included in the calculation of the proportion of
