HAYDALE GRAPHENE INDUSTRIES PLC

Result of General Meeting

Haydale (AIM:HAYD), the global advanced materials group, is pleased to
announce that at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today, all
resolutions were duly passed.

The number of votes lodged by proxy for and against each of the resolutions
proposed, and the number of votes withheld, were as follows:

Votes withheld are not votes in law and so have not been included in the
calculation of the proportion of votes for and against a resolution.  Any
proxy appointments giving discretion to the Chairman have been included in the
"For" totals.

The Fundraising remains conditional upon Admission.
