Total Voting Rights
Haydale (AIM: HAYD), the global technology solutions group, announces that in
accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 the Company's
total issued share capital is currently 785,853,051 ordinary shares of 2 pence
each ("Ordinary Shares") with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one
vote. This is also the total voting rights figure which may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can
determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change
to their interest in the Company, under the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
The Company notes its Placing, Subscription and Retail Offer of in aggregate
1,012,609,000 new Ordinary Shares, announced on 15 September 2023. The
admission of these new Ordinary Shares is conditional upon, among other
things, the passing of the Resolutions at the General Meeting. A further Total
Voting Rights announcement will be made once Admission has taken place.
