Total Voting Rights

 

 

Haydale (AIM: HAYD), the global advanced materials group, announces that in
accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 the Company's
total issued share capital is 1,798,462,051 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each
("Ordinary Shares") with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote.
This is also the total voting rights figure which may be used by shareholders
as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine whether
they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest
in the Company, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.
