    * Says Home Center Holdings Co Ltd  060560.KQ  and other 11 
investors became top shareholder of BoKwang Industry, replacing 
Park Byeong Jun and other 11 investors, effective Dec. 2 
    * Says Home Center Holdings Co Ltd has increased its stake 
in the company up to 41.2 percent(9.5 million shares) from 9.8 
percent(2.3 million shares) 
    * Says Park Byeong Jun has decreased his stake in the 
company down to 7.9 percent(1.8 million shares) from 15.3 
percent(3.5 million shares)
