Getaround Inc soars on acquiring peer HyreCar's assets

** Online car rental service platform Getaround Inc's
 GETR.N  shares more than double to $0.89 after market
    ** Company acquires all of the assets of carsharing
marketplace HyreCar  HYREQ.PK  for $9.45 mln
    ** Deal expected to add up to $75 mln in annualized gross
booking value and to contribute positively to adj core earnings,
Getaround says
    ** Getaround shares down 49% YTD
