    ** Co names Serge De Bock as chief financial officer,

    ** De Bock will replace Scott Brogi, who is set to retire as
CFO 
    **  Most recently, De Bock was senior vice president of
finance at Spin, a Ford mobility co, acting as divisional CFO
during his tenure
    ** Prior to that he was finance head at Twitch, an
interactive gaming and content engine, now under Amazon.com Inc
 AMZN.O  
    ** HYRE stock up more than three-fold YTD
