premarket, stock to open at over three-month high of $1.77
    ** Co says its partner in Japan, HEALIOS K.K., released data
that showed co's MultiStem cell therapy met main goal in
patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in an

    ** Healios says main goal of ventilator-free days and
secondary goal of 90-day mortality were met in both
pneumonia-induced ARDS patients as well as in COVID-induced ARDS
patients
