    * Acquires medical staffing company Pridoc Bemanning AB for 9 million Swedish crowns ($1.11 
million) 
    * Transaction includes potential additional purchase price of up to 2.5 million crowns  
    * Purchase price to be paid in cash and financed via bank loan and loan from major 
shareholder 
    * Seller is Martin Swegmark via IRP Holding AB
