May 11 (Reuters) - Hedera Group publ AB  HEGR.ST : 
    * Acquires Svensk Läkartjänst LIL AB and All Vård Semaforen AB from Ejven Holding AB 
    * Purchace price is 15 million Swedish crowns ($1.84 million) for both companies 
    * Purchase price is paid in cash on May 11, 2016 
    * Acquisition is partly financed by bank loans and shareholder loan of 3.5 million crowns 
from principal owner Lectica AB, and partly through own resources in Hedera Group
