Brief: Kilimanjaro Gold Holding acquires Läkarresurs FA Rekryt AB; to divest existing business

Oct 19 (Reuters) - Kilimanjaro Gold Holding publ AB  KILI.NGM : 
    * Acquires staffing company Läkarresurs FA Rekryt AB from the family-owned company Lectica 
AB 
    * Payment is done through a non-cash issue meaning that Lectica after the new issue becomes 
owner of 84 pct of the company 
    * Shares in Läkarresurs Rekryt AB will be acquired to a value of 25 million Swedish crowns 
($3.04 million) in the company's balance sheet 
    * Prior to transaction Kilimanjaro is to divest its unit Kilimanjaro Gold AB and thus the 
entire previously conducted business
