Aug 5 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Thursday.

    Colonial said on Wednesday it had closed an asset swap with
Credit Agricole in which the Spanish real-estate trust increased
its stake in Credit Agricole's Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise
subsidiary by 5%, bringing its total holding up to 94.1%.

    The company said on Wednesday that all 12.92 billion new
shares offered in a second tranche of a capital increase have
been subscribed for 258.6 million euros, bringing the total

    Lar Espana said on Wednesday it completed early repayment of
part of its bank financing and cancellation of corresponding

    Portugal's competition watchdog has given Cellnex an
unconditional green light to purchase a series of assets from
the tower division of Portuguese operator MEO for 209 million

    Berenberg has raised its target price to 41 euros from 35
