Jan 21 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday.

    Indra is close to buying satellite operator Hispasat from
grid operator Redeia  REDE.MC , Spanish newspaper el Economista
reported on Tuesday, citing unidentified industry sources.
    
    FERROVIAL  FERF.AS 
    Ferrovial teamed up with other companies to bid for the
contract to build the first nuclear fusion reactor pilot being
developed in Britain. 
    
    MINOR HOTELS EUROPE & AMERICAS  NHH.MC  
    The company said on Monday its shareholders had approved
delisting of its shares from the Spanish stock exchange. 
    
    LAR ESPANA  LRES.MC  
    Helios Re on Monday launched a squeeze-out of all shares of
Lar Espana it does no own yet at 8.30 euros ($8.60) per share.
