July 16 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday.

    SANTANDER  SAN.MC 
    Spain's Santander said on Thursday its holding company in
the United States agreed to buy U.S. fixed-income broker Amherst
Pierpont for around $600 million as it gains a bigger foothold

    NATURGY  NTGY.MC 
    Spain's government will seek additional information from
Australian fund IFM before deciding whether to approve its
planned partial takeover of energy group Naturgy, El Economista
reported on Friday, citing unnamed sources. 
    
    MAPFRE  MAP.MC 
    The insurer said on Friday its premiums grew 6.2% in the
first half of the year. In Spain, premiums rose almost 7%,

    ACCIONA ENERGIA  ANE.MC 
    Citigroup said on Thursday it has exercised in full the
over-allotment option to acquire up to 7.0 million existing
ordinary shares in the company at the offer price of 26.73 euros
per share, granted by Acciona, its majority shareholder.

    SABADELL  SABE.MC 
    Spain's Banco Sabadell on Thursday said it had agreed to
sell its 51.6% stake in its Andorran business to Mora Banc Grup

    SIEMENS GAMESA  SGREN.MC 
    Shares in Siemens Gamesa fell more than 18% on Thursday
after the wind turbine maker's second profit warning in less
than three months due to spiralling raw materials prices and the
cost of delivering its new onshore platform.
    JP Morgan has cut its target price to 29 euros from 33

    LAR ESPANA  LRES.MC 
    The company said on Thursday it has completed a bookbuilding
process in relation to the issue of senior unsecured green bonds
maturing in 2026. In view of a strong demand, the aggregate
