May 24 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday.

    SIEMENS GAMESA  SGREN.MC  
    Siemens Energy  ENR1n.DE  warned on Monday that a turnaround
at Siemens Gamesa will take several years, adding that a 4.05
billion-euro ($4.32 billion) bid to buy out minorities of the
struggling wind turbine unit was the only way to fix the issues.

    UNICAJA  UNI.MC  MAPFRE  MAP.MC  
    Spain's Unicaja expects a gain of 318 million euros ($339
million) from the sale of a controlling stake in its pension and
reinsurance business after the extension of an alliance with

    REPSOL  REP.MC  
    French insurer AXA's investment unit and Credit Agricole
with EIP may bid for a 20% stake in Repsol's green subsidiary,

    The company's CFO, David Mesonero, has agreed to step down,
el Confidencial reported on Tuesday, citing unidentified sources
in the industry.

6.6 million euros down from 7.2 million euros a year ago.
