Nov 22 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday.

    The firm said on Monday it closed a capital increase of 2.4
million euros ($2.46 million) and a payment of 24.5 million

    Lar Espana said on Monday its 9-month net profit was up at

    Endesa's Chief Financial Officer Luca Passa is expected to
resign in coming weeks for personal reasons, according to
unidentified industry sources cited by Spanish newspaper

    Repsol is planning to launch a massive investment plan next
year in renewable power in the United States, according to
Spanish newspaper Expansion.
    Separately, RBC raised it to "outperform" from "sector
perform" and brought up its target price to 19 euros from 17

    The company has been picked as a finalist in a bid for the
Singlenton Highway Bypass in Australia with an investment budget
of around 700 million Australian dollars ($462.70 million),
