Oct 27 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday.

    Global wind power leader Iberdrola reported a 10% fall in
net profit on Wednesday for a turbulent nine months on energy
markets which saw its home government in Spain swoop on
utilities' earnings.

    Santander beat forecasts with a 24% rise in third-quarter
net profit on the back of lower loan loss provisions and a
strong performance in Britain. The Spanish bank, the euro zone's
second-biggest in terms of market value, reported a net profit

    Red Electrica said on Wednesday its nine-month profit rose

Plenium Partners are planning to team up to buy Spanish
renewable energy firm Eolia, newspaper Expansion reported on

    Metrovacesa said on Wednesday its net result in the first
nine months of the year turned to profit of 10.4 million euros
compared to a loss of 82.3 million euros a year ago.

    The European Commission approved the sale of most of ACS'
industrial division to Vinci, Spanish newspaper El Economista
reported on Wednesday. The transaction was valued at up to 5.58
