The Company announces that it agreed on 14 May 2026 to allot 150,000 ordinary
shares at a price of 267p per share, each fully paid under its block listing
facility.

 

These shares will be issued for cash on 18 May 2026, bringing the issued share
capital and total voting rights at that date to 209,054,679.
