Hong Kong's Henderson Land Development to raise $1 billion via bond issuance
July 8 (Reuters) - Hong Kong-listed property developer Henderson Land Development 0012.HK said on Tuesday it intends to raise HK$8.00 billion ($1.02 billion) via an issuance of guaranteed corporate bonds. The firm said it intends to apply the net proceeds of the raised amount for general corporate purposes and refinancing.
